Most of the customers we spoke with praised the technical skill and knowledge of SAP staff. Although, what they found most commendable was the friendliness of the staff–another plus in our books!

For instance, many even claimed that they collaborate well with their stakeholders, making the process smoother.

The only minor downside we noted was how bland or regular its office building is. Honestly, we found this aspect surprising since we were expecting an IT giant like SAP to have a more modern-looking facility.

With its cutting-edge services and its expert and professional staff, we believe SAP offers its customers great value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to call this software company one of the top options for ERP software development when in Bangkok!

Tech Curve AI & Innovations was originally established in 2000 but it only came to Bangkok in 2017. Despite this recent establishment in the country, we think its comprehensive services are quite impressive!

In fact, aside from its cloud CRM solutions, app design and development, and e-commerce development, we found its ERP software offering to be quite unique. 

Tech Curvey’s ERP software is called “Magic XPI Integration Platform,” which can make operations much more efficient in our books. It claims that this patented ERP software can also promote innovation and data collaboration, and we’re all ears!

Majority of the customers we surveyed gave glowing remarks about its services. Most of them claim that, after using Tech Curvey’s services, their sales increased and their social media standing improved.

In addition, clients also liked the fact that the software engineers they talked and collaborated with from Tech Curve AI & Innovations were very smart and easy to talk to.

On the downside, a minor issue raised by some was that there aren’t any trial services for this ERP software. However, we understand this as software development can be quite costly.

Oracle is one of the biggest software developers in the world and on this list, and it’s no longer surprising why. It was founded in 1977 and has since grown to more than 40 countries across the world, which the software giant claims to be “IT- connected.”

What we liked about this global interconnectedness approach of Oracle though, is that it gets the best practices from its global offices and applies these learnings to offer the best services available. There are quite a ton of services, though, and it’s amazing!

Notably, it offers Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Cloud Applications, and even hardware and software. Its ERP program offerings fall under its cloud applications, along with supply chain management, and Customer Experience (CX).

What stands out from their ERP offerings, though, is it’s built-in with Artificial Intelligence (AI). This means its ERP software can help customers predict, detect, and act on new situations, which we think is just fantastic!

The customers we talked to liked the services being offered by Oracle and claim that their systems easily integrate with other software. In addition, many even praised the aftercare customer support. 

We were just a bit disappointed since we noted comments about the error messages from their software, which can get really technical which requires them to contact the Oracle helpdesk. Though with such advanced software, we think this is acceptable.

Overall, we think the highly advanced software and excellent customer support of Oracle make the software company’s services and products well worth it. We’d be remiss not to recommend Oracle as one of the top choices for ERP software.

Nexus System Resources Co. prides itself on being one of the best business solutions consulting companies in the Southeast Asia region. With its strong product offerings and IT-based services, we can’t help but agree!

Some of its business solutions include SAP, Blue Yonder, and Platform. However, what got most of our attention was its cloud-based ERP software, which translates to efficiency, data security, and easy retrievability for clients.

Its ERP software is called NEXcloud ERP, which is subscription-based and aims to ensure streamlined processes for customers. But the good news in our books is that Nexus System Resources Co. has experience in different kinds of industries!

As such, a diverse clientele can count on the expertise of the consultants here, which range from trading, retail, and manufacturing services. They can then come up with an ERP software package that is personalised for each business.

The clients we interviewed claimed they liked working with the technical staff of Nexus System Resources because of their professionalism and expertise. Others also praised the nice facilities of the software company, which is pretty commendable for us too!

Some clients, however, noted that the Nexus System Resources’ offerings can change quite a bit, so it’s best to check its website from time to time. Although, for us, this is understandable as software companies are really fast-paced. 

The bottom line? We think Nexus System Resources Co. offers great ERP software offerings and other add-on services that are good value for money. We’d say the company should be considered by those looking for reliable ERP software developers.

For us, a big plus for QAD is its wide array of services that cover two major global industries namely manufacturing and supply chain. Some of these services include digital manufacturing, customer management, and connected supply chain services.

What we liked about the ERP services of this company, though, is that it offers not only financial analysis and reporting but also internationalisation. This means that customers who are doing global operations will have no problem tracking their operations!

Most customers we talked with praised how they were able to easily use QAD’s ERP software, and the majority’s favourite feature is the automated data collection. We also think it’s noteworthy that many praised the good customer support provided by QAD.

The only issue raised by some of the customers is that integrating QADs ERP software with other applications can be quite difficult. We think that this could also be due to propriety limitations deliberately set by the software company.

With all of these considerations, we think that QAD offers services of great value to their customers specifically because of their dependable ERP software and their excellent customer service.
