That said, we saw areas with minor hiccups, such as delayed responses to inquiries during busy periods. Still, considering her caliber, we feel the wait is worth it.

Notably, previous clients highlighted that this helps them choose their final look and how reliable and professional Kanchan is, which we agreed with. They also noted her punctuality and her makeup’s ability to adapt even to Bangkok’s hot and humid climate.

A few also raved about how Sejal took the time to understand their personalities and preferences, doing her best to make the final look aligned seamlessly with their vision. Many clients also keep on saying how they love their look, both in-person and in their photos.

However, there are a couple of drawbacks. First is Sejal’s lack of a central website, as most inquiries are directed through WhatsApp or social media—a lengthy process if you’re searching for quick answers about their packages.
