Here’s a cool thing about them (literally): they use Zimmer Cryo 7 cooling technology during treatments. Since traditional Ultherapy can be a bit uncomfortable, this cooling system helps make the procedure much more tolerable without affecting results—great news if you’re sensitive to pain.

Just a heads-up though: if you specifically request Dr. Phuriwat (the medical director of the clinic) for your treatment, you’ll be charged with an extra ฿2,000 fee, which is something to keep in mind when budgeting.

Their Ultherapy treatment is non-surgical and works by targeting deep layers of the skin without causing damage. Since there’s no downtime, clients can return to their usual activities immediately—a huge advantage for those with hectic schedules.

But what really stands out is their level of care. From the first consultation to post-treatment follow-ups, they make every client feel valued and well taken care of. A client even mentioned that the team went out their way to arrange a taxi after treatment—talk about dedication.

However, the cost of a full Ultherapy session—approximately ฿89,000 for 700 lines—did make our eyes pop open a bit. It’s a good deal given the quality, but certainly something to plan for.

Nonetheless, Metro Beauty Centers has built a strong reputation over time, and their track record speaks for itself when it comes to expertise and consistency.
