Saigon Recipe is one of those places that just feels like a little slice of Vietnam right here in Bangkok. We loved how they have seating options for everyone: an indoor area, a bar space, and even an outdoor patio that’s super chill.
In fact, it’s perfect for any type of group, since they’ve got everything covered—whether it’s just a regular dinner downstairs or a private hangout upstairs. Plus, the Vietnamese lanterns and music really set the vibe—it’s like you’re right in Hanoi.
Now, about their food, their pho is legit comforting, and the spring rolls are must-tries; my team swears by them! As for me, I personally want all-in on the Chả giò (crispy fried spring rolls) —they’re so good!
Oh, and I’m sure you’ve already heard about the iconic Vietnamese coffee—the one served in a cute traditional filter—they’ve got that here too! Service was fast, too; we never had to wait long for our orders, which were both hot and fresh every time.
However, the parking can get cramped since it’s shared with other establishments, so plan.
Consistently great food quality and service
“Nice and cozy Vietnamese restaurant. We have been here so many times. They keep their standard quality of food. Pho was really nice soup. The broth was tasty. The beef was tender. For weekday, there are choices of lunch sets. It is worth for money. The service was good.”

Authentic flavors with a welcoming and homely atmosphere
“Was so happy to find this cute and deliciously authentic taste restaurant! I have been coming back regularly since I discovered it. The staff is so nice, the service is rapid, there’s a great variety of dishes much more than pho. Most dishes come with plenty of vegetables. It seems that many people come back regularly also as some faces are quite familiar. They also have takeout with grab if you want. The prices are quite reasonable it usually comes out to about 400 baht per person.”

Vietnamese and More deserves its reputation as one of Bangkok’s must-try Vietnamese restaurants. The space is small, but the ambiance is warm and inviting, especially when they dim the lights at night—great for a chill dinner or even a casual date night.
Meanwhile, the menu is what truly shines here. Everything we ordered felt fresh and clean, thanks to every dish being packed with herbs and crisp veggies.
Their Banh Hoi with Lemongrass Pork and Spring Rolls was the highlight (even patrons rave about it). It’s super tasty, with a plating that’s almost too pretty to dig into.
We also recommend indulging in the satisfying Vietnamese mixed fruit covered in toppings with coconut milk and the caramel custard for dessert—we ended up taking home some!
But heads up, parking can be tricky since there’s no dedicated spot; we opted for street parking. It’s also slightly off the beaten path, so you’re not going to find much to do around the area—but the food is worth the detour!
Warm ambiance
“I searched this restaurant from gg and so many ppl recommend it, and yeah it is a lovely restaurant. There’s a few table with warm areas. Vietnamese food super nice clean and yummy specially Vietnamese sandwiches. I love it recommend who wanna try amazing Vietnamese food with good vibe and lovely staff. 🥰”

Le Dalat is a Vietnamese gem that feels like a quiet retreat from the city’s chaos. Its location is incredibly accessible, with a spacious parking area—something you’ll appreciate in Bangkok.
The garden space is lush and perfect for snapping some pics, and the interior has this gorgeous traditional Vietnamese feel with wooden carvings. We felt like we walked into an old-school villa in Vietnam, not just another restaurant.
Their menu highlights authenticity, with standout dishes like Grilled Beef Wrapped in Betel, Lily Bulb Stem Salad, and Pounded Prawn on Sugarcane.
Bonus points for the staff, who were super nice and bilingual! We also learned that much of the menu reflects the heritage of the founder, Madam Suzanne, whose roots trace back to Vietnam.
It’s clearly reflected in the taste and presentation, which delivers fine dining vibes, so we recommend dressing well! However, while everything is delicious, service can be slow on busy nights.
Cozy atmosphere and attentive service
“This place is very nice, we came for the wagyu pho and it was delicious. The staff is very attentive and polite, the atmosphere is nice and little. It is a perfect place to enjoy food and a conversation with friends and prices are affordable.”

Exceptional pho experience and unique presentation
“Absolutel favourite Vietnamese restaurant ever been to! Delicious food!! Lotus salad was unforgettable! And I’ve eaten pho for looong time but I’ve never eaten it properly like they served it in this place, where they bring you one separate small soup bowl to properly cook the raw meat. And the service was out standing. Def recommend and would come back here 🧡”

Pho Aroi is our recommended spot for authentic Saigon-style Vietnamese cuisine. We’ve heard all about the owner—a Vietnamese guy who grew up in the US and is crazy passionate about food.
Their beef pho gets the most hype, and honestly, we think it deserves it. You’ve got choices like tenderloin, Wagyu, and this XL bowl that’s just next-level if you’re feeling extra hungry.
We also tried their vermicelli salad, which was super fresh! Another thing that made us stay longer was their drip Vietnamese coffee.
It’s brewed with beans directly imported from Vietnam—something even the staff excitedly highlighted when we chatted with them.
If you’re like us and like to get the best deal, their meal sets are solid; they bundle drinks, snacks, and even dessert. Just a heads up—the service charge is on the higher side, and we’ve heard mixed reviews on that from customers.
And although they have spacious parking, it tends to fill up quickly.
Rich broth and hearty pho
“A cozy spot with delicious Vietnamese food. The pho with beef is my go-to — the broth is rich and flavorful. Highly recommend!”
– Sun R, Google Review
Attentive staff and great communication
“Delicious Vietnamese restaurant. It is really impressive to have such a good restaurant inside a building like this with so many small food options! I believe it was the owner or manager who was around and helped us communicate with the server.”

Eat Viet’s atmosphere is spacious and clean, with options for indoor and outdoor seating. They’ve even got private rooms if you’re coming with a group or want a little privacy.
Bonus points for the staff, who are super attentive. Now onto the food—this isn’t one of those modern fusion spots trying out twists on traditional recipes.
Eat Viet sticks to authentic Vietnamese flavors with generous portions, and we loved that! Their Thịt lá lốt (minced pork wrapped in betel leaves) and pho are packed with herbs and are so good.
Their Thai rice noodle soup seems to be a crowd favorite too, but I found it a bit too sweet for my taste—it’s worth trying though because others on my team couldn’t get enough of it.
Keep in mind that booking in advance is a smart move here since the place gets pretty full. The good thing is their parking lot is spacious!
Cozy ambiance
“I really enjoyed this place! The vibe is cozy and relaxing, perfect for hanging out or just enjoying a nice meal. The food tastes amazing — you can tell they use fresh and good-quality ingredients. The price feels fair for what you get, totally worth it. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!”

Flavorful dishes and a versatile setting
“Omgggggg! This food was really tasty! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this place has a bowl of Pho that will have your taste buds in a frenzy! The spring rolls were very fresh. Indoor and outdoor seating available.”
