Jungle Wheels Samui left us with a solid impression from the very start. We picked up a Honda Click 160 for three days, and the scooter was spotless and clearly well-maintained.

The staff walked us through everything in detail and even shared a digital island guide via WhatsApp, which turned out to be very useful for finding quieter routes and less crowded beaches.

Their rental process felt straightforward, and they returned our deposit without any issues, which made the whole experience stress-free.

The only drawback we noticed is that they are closed on Sundays. For travellers arriving over the weekend, this can be inconvenient, especially if you want to get on the road right away. Planning your pick-up or return around their schedule is very important.

Aside from that, the team showed professionalism, which made us feel confident throughout the process. They took time to adjust helmets for comfort and were open about pricing with no hidden fees.

If you want peace of mind while exploring Koh Samui, this is a dependable choice.

Samui Bike & Car Rental gave us one of the smoother rental experiences on the island. We arranged for an ADV scooter for over a week, and it was delivered straight to our hotel, spotless and ready to ride.

The staff explained the basics clearly, and the contract was completed on the spot without unnecessary delays. 

Another thing that stood out was their flexibility because you could leave either your passport or a cash deposit, and whichever option you chose, everything was returned promptly at the end of the rental.

During the ride itself, the scooter handled well and felt almost brand new. Several past clients we spoke to mentioned the same, pointing out how the bikes here are always kept in top condition and not the worn-out units you sometimes find elsewhere.

We also appreciated that they didn’t push extra services or try to upsell unnecessary add-ons, which made the entire process feel more transparent.

The only downside is that they don’t maintain an active social media presence, so reaching them directly relies on phone or website rather than quick updates online.

Idan Rent motorbikes & Cars gave us one of the easiest rental experiences in Koh Samui. We picked up a scooter for a short-term ride, and the process was quick and uncomplicated.

The bike we received was relatively new with low mileage, and you could even request specific features like ABS or a full-face helmet without any fuss. Their staff came across as approachable, answering questions patiently and making sure we had everything set before heading out.

During our time on the bike, we noticed how reliable it felt—smooth on the road and well taken care of, which is something you’ll appreciate on longer trips around the island. 

Another plus is that they offer flexibility with deposits, giving the option of leaving either your passport or a cash amount, which many riders found reassuring. Moreover, past customers have praised them for being straightforward and transparent.

The only downside is that they do not offer insurance coverage. If you prefer added protection while riding, this is something you’ll need to factor in.

Motorbike Rental Samui stood out for its personalised service and attention to detail. We rented a scooter that was spotless and clearly one of the newer models on the island.

The owner personally delivered it to our hotel and later arranged pickup, which saved us the usual hassle of returning it ourselves. 

He also took time to give local recommendations, from where to eat to where to exchange money, which made the experience feel more personal than transactional.

One point to note, however, is that we heard from past renters that disputes over minor scratches can happen. 

While the bikes are in great condition, you should carefully check the vehicle before riding and record photos or a short video to avoid disagreement later. This precaution is useful across many rental shops in Koh Samui, not just here.

Beyond that, the service was impressive. The owner was approachable, offered drinks when we visited in person, and made sure helmets fit comfortably—small things that made our experience fantastic!

CHANG Samui Rentals offered one of the most relaxed processes we came across. We arranged a Honda Click 125 for over a week, and everything was handled through WhatsApp within minutes.

The scooter was delivered directly to our hotel without extra charges, and pickup was just as simple.

What made the experience stand out was their trust—they didn’t ask for a physical ID or deposit. Instead, a quick passport and license photo was enough to confirm the booking, which saved the usual paperwork hassle.

That said, you should take time to document the bike’s condition before riding. Some past renters mentioned minor disagreements over scratches after returning their scooters.

Taking photos or a short video before setting off will protect you and make the process smoother.

Aside from that, the staff were approachable and genuinely helpful. They were quick to respond to questions and showed real concern when we reported a small accident.
