What we like most about Hihome is its professionally-trained and vetted cleaners. Many customers we surveyed have noted their friendliness and pleasant attitude while cleaning.

The responsiveness of its customer service through phone and chats was also frequently commended in our surveys. They provide a quick and detailed response to inquiries.

It is also noteworthy that Hihome considers the health of the residents in the building they are cleaning. The company only uses eco-friendly products that do not pose health risks to humans and pets.

For its curtain cleaning services, Hihome uses special machines from Germany. These equipment can be used to deep-clean the fabric even without removing them from the windows. 

We like that the curtain cleaning process is also fast and efficient and only involves three stages: pre-vacuuming, washing, and disinfecting. In just two hours, dirty curtains were transformed into clean and fresh ones.

On the downside, we found Hihome’s curtain cleaning service rates more expensive than others since its rates start at 180 Baht per square meter. It also requires a minimum of 3,000 Baht for every cleaning session to proceed with a booking.

DO4YOU is one of the most trusted cleaning services in Bangkok because of its vast online presence and convenient booking options. We think that one of its strengths is having its own app for a confident booking process.

We also noted that the cleaning staff from DO4YOU are professional, reliable, and friendly. Based on our surveys, they did spectacular work at all assigned  tasks and have impressed many clients with their quick and thorough service.

Since the DO4YOU app is widely used in Bangkok for laundry services and home cleaning, not many know that it offers specialized solutions such as deep cleaning rugs, upholstery, carpets, mattresses, refrigerators, and curtains.

These special services can’t be availed through the app. If you need to have your curtains or carpets cleaned, you have to call its hotline or message them through LINE to get a quotation and book a service.

On a positive note, the customer service representative at DO4YOU is quick to respond to inquiries during office hours. Furthermore, house cleaning bookings only require a minimum of 600 Baht to proceed.

We also like that DO4YOU offers a 12-hour warranty on all its services. If you were not satisfied with the quality of work by their staff, they can rectify the situation by redoing the job that was not up to standard.

Finally, customers need to book 24 hours or up to a month in advance to secure any service from DO4YOU. This company serves almost all areas in Bangkok and accepts cash, credit card, and debit card payments – plus points for convenience!

Next on our list is Bangkok Clean, a cleaning company servicing households and businesses in the capital. It provides deep cleaning services using eco-friendly materials and state-of-the-art equipment.

Notably, it has plenty of experience cleaning establishments such as schools, restaurants, cafes, and offices. It was even tapped to do the regular upholstery maintenance cleaning at the New Bangkok International Airport. 

We found Bangkok Clean outstanding because of its stain-removal services. From our surveys, we found many customers who were very impressed because of their techniques in removing stubborn stains and making upholstery, carpets, and curtains seem new.

The staff at Bangkok Clean are also known to be punctual and professional. We like that they are focused on getting the job done, ensuring great results by the end of the cleaning session.

Although Bangkok Clean has a decent website, we were disappointed that its quotation forms are not working. A price list is also nowhere to be seen online, and they are not active on social media, so it was difficult to get a hold of the relevant information we needed.

On the other hand, they are very responsive to phone calls and messages on LINE and WhatsApp. Bookings are also made through the app, as well as follow-ups and responses to concerns.

De Hygienique prides itself on being the top service provider for complete indoor hygiene in Thailand. Curious about what kind of service it provides to proclaim itself as a leading cleaning company,  we set out to see if its service supports its claims.

Upon visiting its website, we were impressed to see that De Hygenique has big brands as its former clients. Several worth noting are Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Audi, BMW, Mandarin Oriental, and Hyatt, among others.

It is also noteworthy that it partners with Potema, a German sanitizing technology for mattresses, upholstery, curtain, and carpets. We found their state-of-the-art cleaning system outstanding because of their chemical-free solution for eliminating bacteria and viruses.

Since De Hygienique’s establishment in 2008, it has served over 100,000 households in Thailand. Even hospitals in Bangkok rely on this company to provide sanitation services for surgery and recovery rooms.

Additionally, it sells high-quality air sanitation products on its website as an added way to help its customers maintain a clean environment. 

As impressive as De Hygienique may be, its services and advanced cleaning solutions come at a price. The majority of the customers we surveyed found its services more expensive than other service providers in Bangkok.

Pricelists are also unavailable on its website, so you’ll have to call them on the phone or send them a message through Facebook messenger, LINE, or WhatsApp to learn their rates, minimum requirements, and coverage area.

Furthermore, we noted some complaints that the staff at De Hygienique tend to hard-sell its products. Instead of focusing on the job, several clients mentioned that the cleaning personnel were more intent on selling their air sanitation items and coupons.

It was disappointing when we found out that most customer complaints about the issue were left unanswered. Because of their expensive rates and proud claims, we expected more from their customer service department. 

Hurry Clean is a full-range cleaning company in Bangkok that services residential and commercial properties. It also serves areas outside the city, although they only accept contract works for these locations.

What we like most about Hurry Clean are its affordable services. The rate for its curtain cleaning option is only 50 Baht per square meter – the lowest we found in Bangkok.

Furthermore, it only uses non-toxic cleaners, which are safe for kids and pets. Its cleaning solvents and procedures also do not leave any residue that causes skin and lung irritation and allergies.

Like its name, Hurry Clean offers fast cleaning services since its staff only need one to two hours to clean curtains. They produce quick and effective results because of their streamlined process, equipment, and well-trained personnel.

This is a point for convenience, especially for people who need the service done as soon as possible. Moreover, they also have the tools to do steam-cleaning and water-free pre-treatment to different types of curtains. 

While we appreciate that Hurry Clean accepts various payment methods such as cash and credit cards, the latter option is subject to a 3% surcharge. 

Another drawback is that several foreign customers found it difficult to communicate with them since their staff is not fluent in English.

Bear in mind that although its website states that it is open until 9 PM, its cleaning services are only until 7 PM. Scheduled bookings after hours are subject to increased rates and additional fees.
