  • Establishment - We looked into the places that offer a relaxing environment and top-notch amenities. We also considered their accessibility for added convenience.
  • Service - We focused on spas that offer high-quality foot massage treatments through skilled therapists. The number of services they offer is also considered.
  • Track Record - To check this, we considered their years in the industry, certifications, and our team’s experience during treatments. We also conducted surveys to know other peoples’ experiences in each spa.
  • Value for Money - We believe that great foot massages shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg, so we included options that provide exceptional service at a good price.

I’ve always ignored foot massages whenever I see them in a spa’s menu – I mean, why settle for just the feet when I can have a full body and massage, right?

Yin Yang Foot Massage is aptly named since it’s the perfect place for a well-balanced foot massage in Bangkok. Here, you can expect the masseuses to put enough weight so you feel the pressure points without causing excessive pain.

Our team particularly thought it was great for loosening foot muscles and relieving stress after strolling around and sightseeing in the capital city. Best of all, it’s cheaper than other foot massage parlors, so it’s definitely a great value for your money.

Plus, their clean foot massage room was quiet and relaxing even though it wasn’t spacious. That was true even when they were busy, which is typical since they’re popular in the area.

We also like that it’s close to the top hotels along the Chao Phraya River like Avani Riverside Bangkok and Anantara Riverside Bangkok. That’s why it’s a big hit among tourists, especially Koreans since they’re known to frequent this place.

Pros

  • Skilled masseuse with controlled force and pressure points
  • Affordable pricing
  • Good location
  • Complimentary hot tea after the massage

Cons

  • Not ideal for treating chronic pain

Great foot massage with the right amount of pressure

“I received a massage while staying at Anantara Riverside. I was very satisfied because the foot massage was so refreshing and not overwhelmingly painful, just the right amount. The shoulder massage was also good. I recommend it.”

Cheap but really good

“I wasn’t expecting much since it was cheap, but the foot massage was really good. I will visit again next time I come to Bangkok!”

FootMaster at Sukhumvit 31 is a solid pick if you’re looking for a foot massage spot in Bangkok with an excellent interior and atmosphere.

We particularly think the soft indoor lighting is a good touch because it elevates the ambiance and gives it a calm, relaxing vibe.

Our hardworking staffers are also fans of their signature authentic foot reflexology. This method targets specific pressure points on the foot to relieve stress throughout the body.

With this, we’re not surprised that it’s also effective against pain in the neck or back—not just the feet!

It’s even more effective if you get treatment from their senior therapists since you can feel the skill difference from their regular masseuses.

Sure, it’s pricey, but we think it’s definitely worth every penny, especially if you desperately need relief from chronic pain. That also means you get different options depending on your budget range, which we appreciate.

Pros

  • Sublime interior and atmosphere
  • Option for a regular or senior therapist
  • Perfect for chronic pain relief

Cons

  • Slightly higher pricing

Highly skilled senior therapists who know what they’re doing

“Did a signature Authentic Foot massage with doctor Chan(senior therapist). The moment he started pressing and you will know he knows how to do it. I was in a dilemma whether to get a therapist or senior therapist and it turn out senior therapist is really good!

The price is just a little higher than the therapist and its really really worth it. They know where they are pressing and they are not just rubbing your skin or doing it for the sake of money. I feel that my feet are lighter and dont feel so tired. I try not to sleep during the massage as i want to enjoy the process. Recommended! Will go back for more if have the chance again.”

Specializes in Chinese-style foot massage techniques

“Go only for foot massage

Super convenient in terms of I Never had to book an appointment – the food massages were quite good, especially living in China before – they have the Chinese technique, can be quite strong but they can adjust when told. Massage other than the foot wasn’t the best.”

Mr. Feet is great for tourists who prefer heavy foot massage treatments which are better for addressing chronic pain. In fact, what we like most about this place is that they use Taiwanese foot reflexology techniques.

On the other hand, this particular technique is known for being painful. The phrase “No pain, no gain” is applicable here.

Though painful, it’s ideal for loosening stressed muscles and relieving chronic pain since their therapists have firm hands.

From our experience, the only issue is getting through the painful foot massage treatment, since you’ll definitely feel a lot lighter afterward.

Overall, Mr. Feet is one of our go-to foot massage parlors in Bangkok when we need relief from body aches.

We’re just a bit iffy by their lackluster exteriors and interiors, but even that is inconsequential in our books since because of the incredible results after the foot massage session!

Pros

  • Affordable pricing
  • Perfect for chronic pain relief
  • Complimentary hot tea after the massage

Cons

  • Lackluster exteriors and interiors
  • Can be too painful for some

Satisfying and painful foot massage that makes you feel lighter

“Awesome massage! We chose the combination feet, back and shoulder option for 300 baht (1 hour). The experience will be painful but after that you will definitely feel much lighter, so if you’re someone who walks alot, coming here will help you!

Edit: We returned here the next day because it was so good in our opinion! This time I tried the all foot massage for an hour (same price at 300 baht) and it didn’t disappoint. The only disappointing thing however was that there is only one Mr Feet outlet you can find in bkk…”

The best foot massage with sufficient pressure and excellent precision

“This is by far the best foot massage place I’ve ever been to. It’s incredibly hard to find a place where the masseurs can apply sufficient pressure to target specific points on the foot. Most massage places lack the strength to reach those points effectively, but this one exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!”

Pam Foot & Thai Massage is a quintessential foot massage parlor. The interiors and atmosphere are decent, and their masseuses target your pressure points with controlled strength for a more relaxed treatment.

Overall, we were happy with the foot massages here since we only wanted to relax and loosen our feet’s muscles.

Plus, you can always request a stronger massage if you need it. From our experience, their staff were friendly and accommodating, so there should be no issue with this.

We also thought it was reasonable for the low price they charge for standard foot massages. It’s one of the cheapest options we found in the city, by the way.

It’s also worth noting that they’re in a great location surrounded by top hotels like Hyatt Regency Bangkok, Sofitel Bangkok, and Four Points by Sheraton. In fact, we noticed that they’re popular among Japanese tourists because of this aspect.

Pros

  • Affordable pricing
  • Friendly and relaxed atmosphere
  • Good location

Cons

  • Not ideal for treating chronic pain

Great foot massage, price, and location

“I’m glad.

I received a foot massage, and it felt good to have pressure points pressed.

It was about 1 hour and 15 minutes for 250BHT.

The cost performance is good.

There seem to be a lot of Japanese customers because of the location.”

Skilled masseuse who gives comfortable foot massages

“I’ve had a foot massage before. The masseuse was very good. My feet were comfortable. Today my whole body was sore. Came for a Thai massage and put balm on it. The masseuse gave a great massage. I’m comfortable. The doctor always asks if it hurts. Good tech care.”

Moku Foot and Body Massage is one of the best foot massage parlors we love returning to when it comes to treating chronic pain. After all, it’s well-known for its painful, therapeutic, and traditional Thai foot massage treatments.

However, even the toughest guys on our team think that this place gives the most painful foot massage in Bangkok. On the other hand, we found it was all worth it since the body feels incredibly light and refreshed after the massage.

As for the staff, “quality over quantity” best describes the situation at Moku Foot and Body Massage. They only have a handful of masseurs, but we’re impressed that they can all deliver great results!

Of course, that also means they can only accommodate limited customers which is a huge downside.

It’s also worth mentioning that advanced reservations are a must if you plan to go here since they don’t typically accept walk-ins.

Pros

  • Perfect for chronic pain relief
  • Affordable pricing

Cons

  • Very painful
  • Few therapists

Competent staff that targets the pressure points for your chronic pain

“The staff is extremely competent. I went there because of pain in some areas of my body, I was amazed at myself when the therapist touched my trigger points on the feet and those where related to the painful areas of my body. Incredible. The also fixed my neck in 2 seconds touching a point in my ear!

Thinking of all the money I have spent to see physiotherapist and doctors and the 300 Thb paid here.. I will probably go to see them every week. I recommend this site, especially if you have chronic pain.”

Painful foot massage that makes you feel wonderful afterward

“It was extremely painful, but the feeling of exhilaration after it was over was also amazing. I noticed later that my toes other than my big toe were stretched out, and the feeling changed and I started enjoying walking!

I will definitely go again.”
