One of the most reliable luggage repairers in Bangkok we’ve tried is Mr. 4, a service that’s open seven days a week and has two locations, in Rama 9 and Lat Krabang—the latter is, conveniently, near the Suvarnabhumi Airport.

They’ve got everything sorted out, from broken wheels, locks, hinges, and handles. Another impressive thing is that they repair all brands of luggage, including expensive ones, such as Rimowa, Tumi, and Samsonite.

We want to highlight their reliability, as they’re quick to do the job! You can drop off your broken luggage, come back in an hour or two, and pick up your fixed suitcase—delivery is available, too.

Plus, minor fixes will take less than 30 minutes, which is handy if you have a flight the next day. Also, they don’t charge exorbitant prices, so repairs are easy on the wallet, except for specific brands of luggage.

Finally, their communication is on point. They provide good customer service, and they respond quickly via Facebook Messenger.

The friendly and humble service of Fix&Go is one of the main reasons we included them on our list. They head straight to business—quick, easy, and no hassle.

They’re a luggage repair shop that works on all sorts of issues, such as worn-out wheels, broken zippers, and damaged locks. In addition, they accept all brands, local and international, as well as luxury ones like Pierre Cardin.

The highlight goes to their customer service, as the quick turnaround times make them ideal for tourists on vacation. But they’re not the solution for same-day repairs, since repairs usually take two days (still fast, though).

Plus, we appreciate the neat work, as our colleagues’ luggage was returned without dirty marks. The seamless job is also worth noting because they try to find the exact color match as much as possible.

A hiccup is that they’re not the easiest to find. But they have another branch in Chaeng Wattana, and delivery is available.

If you’re looking for a friendly service, Baglab is a solid option! They provide an exceptional customer service, which is one of their best qualities.

For example, they can communicate well in English, so they’re ideal for tourists with broken luggage or carry-ons. They’re responsive and transparent, which makes the whole process seamless and hassle-free.

Except for a little bump, which is their shop location. They aren’t easy to find, you see, and we think that first-time travelers to Bangkok might need local help, or just get assistance from the repairer for delivery.

They compensate for their fast service, mostly taking less than an hour for minor issues. We were also impressed with their tidy work, regardless of the worn condition of the luggage.

All these repairs, like damaged handles, wheels, zippers, and fabric, can be fixed for an affordable price. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised by the prices because of the prompt and quality service, they didn’t charge high prices!

Literally minutes away from Saphan Taksin BTS Station, Bring It Bag is a luggage repair service that’s easy to find—the storefront is just by the road and isn’t hard to miss. There’s even a coffee shop one store down if you need to wait.

But you most likely won’t, since there are usually no same-day fixes, except for small issues. That doesn’t mean they’re slow, since the turnaround time is normally a couple of days, even when they receive a lot of luggage drop-offs.

The service is excellent, anyway. From our experience, they’re professional, warm, and not pushy.

Plus, the quality of their repairs and products is impressive. We’ve had suitcases repaired without issues, even after traveling to a couple of countries.

They’re not too expensive—still reasonable, actually—but their prices are a bit higher than other luggage repairers in the area. We get it, since their shop’s near the BTS, so a slight increase is normal.

Mr. Olim Center fixes all types of bags, which makes them super accessible to locals and tourists. They work on soft-sided and hard-shell luggage, as well as other types of travel bags, even shoulder bag carry-ons—everything, really!

Since they repair all bags, they know how to mend frayed fabrics. Their expertise delighted us in many ways because of the seamless and clean workmanship, but same-day isn’t usually available because there’s a bag queue.

Still, the materials they use are of high quality, which you can tell from the smooth wheels and zippers. The luggage we’ve seen repaired here lasted, even through hard drops from airlines.
