We’ve looked at BSL Silom’s mole removal treatment for this list. 

Removal of moles on the skin here is done with CO₂ lasers. BSL Clinic uses the Sharplan CO₂ Laser, approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This clinic guarantees that the laser treatment’s risk of scarring is reduced with the Sharplan laser.

One thing that we’re not a fan of is BSL Clinic’s inability to effectively announce any increase in its rates. Price increases are typical for any clinic; however, we would appreciate better transparency and communication of this information to the patients.

If you’re looking for a clinic that not only offers aesthetic services but also specializes in skin disease and surgical procedures, then you’re in luck with ProDerma. It’s easily accessible through the BTS Sanam Pao station in Phayathai.

The three doctors and their support staff here are good. There have been numerous unfavorable reviews of this clinic’s customer service throughout the years; however, it looks to us that the clinic has substantially improved in this area.

When going in for mole removal, ProDerma staff will explain the procedure very clearly to the patient (they can do this both in English and Thai). They’ll also ensure that the patient won’t feel any pain during and after the procedure.

A couple of our respondents reported successful mole removals with minimal scarring, which is truly a great thing to know. 

For aftercare, antibiotics and other medicines needed for healing your skin are already readily available in the clinic itself. There’s no need to purchase them outside.

Pricing of this procedure will depend on the area and size of the mole; however, it generally could go upwards of THB 1000.

Revival Clinic is an aesthetic treatment facility in the Khlong Toey district of Bangkok. It’s in the middle of a residential area in Sukhumvit 26, so you wouldn’t immediately realize that you’re looking at a clinic from the outside.

Headlined by the expert dermatologist Dr. Chontirott and her secretary, George, Revival Clinic’s top-notch service, facility, and equipment give patients a feeling of personalised medical care. 

They have excellent service, especially for matters that significantly affect a person’s self-esteem. We’re glad that we are not the only ones who felt this way—many of our respondents love their experience going to Revival Clinic.

However, this clinic is most known in Bangkok for offering stem cell treatments. 

Still, one of the services provided by Revival Clinic is mole removal via laser treatment. This procedure starts at THB 500 and uses Class 4 medical-grade lasers.

According to the experts we spoke to in the clinic, laser treatment is best for moles raised from the skin surface. 

Therefore, if your mole is flat or very pigmented, you might need to consult other clinics since this latter type of mole would require surgical removal.

After an initial consultation with the dermatologist, treatment begins with injecting a local anesthetic into the target area. It will take around one to two weeks for the lasered spot to heal and a few more to completely fade.

If you’re a Korean skincare fan, we think you’d like to go to the Renewme Skin Clinic in Watthana. This clinic opened in 2020 and is the first overseas branch of this Korean skincare clinic brand.

Renewme offers a relatively long list of aesthetic and skin services. We like that it also offers warts and skin pigmentation removal (e.g., removal of freckles, birthmarks, moles, and age spots).

For this procedure, Renewme uses the Discovery PICO Laser, which is one of, if not the best, equipment in the market.

We really like the fact that this is an authentic Korean business. From the aesthetics to the nationalities of its resident doctors, everything is genuine Korean (it’s even located in Bangkok’s Korean town)!

We’re also glad to know that there is no language barrier between the clinic and patients of any nationality. So, explanations of the procedures and the aftercare instructions will not be lost in translation.

However, some of our respondents are still not impressed with this clinic’s capabilities. Perhaps the age of this clinic is one significant factor, but we’re cutting it some slack because we think there is still ample time to prove and improve its services.

Nirunda International Aesthetic Clinic is a skin care facility in Khlong Toei’s Sukhumvit 24. It currently has eight resident doctors and dermatologists educated both in Thailand and in the UK.

With over 10 years of experience, this clinic offers many skin treatments and surgeries. They also administer injectables like Botox, IVs, and mesotherapy.

One of the best assets of this clinic is its overall ambience. Being located in quite a high-scale area, it looks very classy yet very comfortable for patients undergoing aesthetic or other skin treatments.

Aside from the expected cleanliness, we really like Nirunda because of its attentive staff. We had a very smooth reception and scheduling experience where all our questions about the mole removal procedure were answered clearly.

For the treatment itself, Nirunda offers both laser and surgical removal procedures. However, its in-clinic experts highly recommend the surgical method to prevent missed diagnosis of non-benign moles.

A typical mole removal procedure starts at THB 1700 (a bit pricier than the other clinics we’ve seen). It can last for around 30 minutes or even a few hours, depending on the number of moles to be removed.
