We recently dined at Cava Bien Marche, a French restaurant in Phuket that truly captures the essence of lifestyle dining. The ambiance instantly transported us to a charming French summer market, with its warm, inviting atmosphere.

Chef Sebastian began his culinary journey at 16 in France, progressing from an apprentice to an executive chef. His career gained momentum under Michelin-starred chef Yves Camdeborde, reflecting the high value France places on the culinary profession.

Starting in his hometown of St. Jean de Luz, Chef Sebastian’s career flourished in Paris and later in Bordeaux, where he was head chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Moving to Thailand, he overcame language barriers to work at the Pacific Club and later became head chef at Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant, Belga Rooftop Bar & Brasserie, and Cocotte. Known for his “Bistronomy” style, he creates delicious, approachable dishes with advanced techniques.

Moreover, their service quality stood out remarkably. Attentive staff ensured we were well-cared for without feeling rushed, enhancing our dining experience significantly.

Additionally, the efficiency of their service impressed us. Despite the busy evening, our orders arrived promptly, maintaining the flow of our meal seamlessly.
