Booking was straightforward, but one slight issue we had was that they don’t take morning appointments. 

On the bright side, their team was quick to respond to all our questions—especially about the under-eye filler I was interested in and the Thermage my friend was planning to try.

During our visit, Dr. Ton walked us through the specifics of the hyaluronic acid (HA) filler they use, with clear safety explanations and visual aids. The session felt personalised, and the doctor’s touch was gentle and reassuring throughout the procedure.

It was also comforting to know the clinic has more than 15 years of experience in beauty care.

The consultation started off a bit confusing—while the team was friendly, the treatment explanation could’ve been clearer. It felt like they jumped into package options too quickly before fully explaining what each under-eye filler treatment involved.

This might overwhelm first-timers who need more clarity upfront.

That said, the clinic itself has a strong reputation, and it’s not hard to see why. We visited their Bangkok branch to inquire about their HA-based under-eye filler options and learned that they mainly use Juvederm and Restylane—both well-known for producing natural, long-lasting results.

Their doctors are highly commended by their patients because of their precision and calm demeanour, especially when handling delicate areas like under the eyes.

The clinic also offers treatments like acne care, facials, skin boosters, and thread lifts. Their roots go back to 2007, founded by four colleagues from top Thai medical universities.

The clinic feels professional but not intimidating, and the follow-up support is consistent without being aggressive.

V Square Clinic has built a solid reputation in Thailand’s aesthetic scene, especially for under-eye filler services. Walking into their branch, we were greeted with a clean, minimalistic space and staff who were polite and professional.

They answered our questions thoroughly and explained that they primarily use Restylane—a trusted HA filler known for its smooth texture and low risk of lumpiness, particularly around the tear troughs.

The staff broke down the injection process clearly, detailing common side effects like bruising, mild swelling, and post-treatment care.

One thing to note: while their in-clinic service is smooth, mobile and online communication needs improvement. It took nearly a full day to get a reply to our DM, and although we were eventually referred to their Line account, the slow initial response could be frustrating if you’re trying to make a quick decision or book an urgent slot.

Beyond fillers, they also offer CoolSculpting, v-sure, HIFU, and laser hair removal. With multiple branches across Thailand, it’s an accessible option for both locals and travellers exploring cosmetic treatments.

The only setback? They’re closed on Sundays, which limits flexibility if you’re only free on weekends.
