Bully’s in Bangkok has a cosy and casual atmosphere that feels welcoming. The staff were generally nice and the ribs we ordered were outstanding—tender, well-charred, and bursting with flavour!
The portion size was just right for one person, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
However, the service was a bit inconsistent. While some staff members were friendly and attentive, others lacked the warmth and hospitality we expected. Despite this, the quality of the food and the inviting ambiance of Bully’s make it a worthwhile spot for anyone craving delicious ribs in Bangkok.

EmQuartier’s design is super impressive, but it can be a bit tricky to find your way around all the different areas. It’s connected to the BTS, so getting there is a breeze. The architecture is a cool mix of nature and concrete, making it feel like an indoor oasis.
One of the best features is the slow incline spiral walkway, which makes exploring all the restaurants and food options really easy and fun. Plus, it’s great that the mall is accessible for people with disabilities.

We checked out Ekkamai Mall and found it to be a beautiful and clean shopping spot, conveniently located right next to the road, which made getting there super easy.
The mall has a modern look with well-maintained facilities, creating a nice atmosphere for shopping and hanging out.
That said, it kind of felt like your typical middle-class department store without any unique features that made it stand out from other malls. Even so, we had a good time because of its cleanliness, accessibility, and the overall pleasant vibe.
Emporium

Emporium is a great spot, conveniently located between Sukhumvit and Thonglor. It’s known for affordable shopping and an awesome shoe selection. The department store is a highlight with friendly staff and a good variety of products. The food options are a bit limited compared to bigger malls, but there are still plenty of choices for a luxurious shopping experience.
We were really impressed with the 4th floor—it’s got cool small shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store for daily needs. It’s not as massive as some other Bangkok malls, but Emporium still offers a good range of stores and dining options.
Plus, it’s nice and comfy if you’re looking to avoid the big crowds.

We checked out K Village and had a pretty good time. The highlight was definitely the great restaurant, even though it was a bit on the pricey side. One cool feature was the small, free dog playground—a fantastic addition for pet owners.
The shopping area wasn’t too crowded, so it was easy to browse around, but the open-air space did get a bit hot. Despite the heat, we found several good restaurants with relaxing lounge areas, which offered a nice break from shopping.

Ambassador Hotel Bangkok has a ton of packages and room options to choose from, and we really liked the breakfast. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby, so finding a place to eat was super easy.
The pools and gyms were a nice touch and made our stay even better. We’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bangkok.
The only bummer was the extra charges for basic stuff like water, tea/coffee powder, and utensils, which we had to pay for when we asked housekeeping.
