The clients we spoke with claimed that the engineers of this firm are very knowledgeable and can handle construction requirements with ease. Most of the customers also praised the company’s staff as being friendly and helpful.

However, customers also pointed out that Italthai Engineering only does excavations if the client avails a large construction project such as landscaping or mining. In short, small businesses may not be able to avail the services of this firm.

Established in 1963, Thai Nishimatsu Construction has grown its array of services to cover certain construction and turnkey projects. We liked the said turnkey activities to help clients better plan, implement, and evaluate the progress of projects.

Construction projects, on the other hand, involve the actual implementation of the project and this is where excavation activities fall under. 

What caught our attention, though, is that Thai Nishimatsu Construction deploys key personnel to ensure the success of these projects. Some of this personnel include experienced superintendents, project managers, and project professionals.

We talked to the customers of Thai Nishimatsu Construction and most of them were pleased with how organised and efficient the construction contractor’s staff are. Other clients were just happy to work with such a reliable and established company.

However, the only issue we noted is that excavation services are lumped with other construction services. The company may negotiate but the majority of projects with excavations are mostly lump-sum ones.

We think the services of this company will definitely be much more costly compared to firms that can offer piecemeal excavations. Hence, we’d probably recommend the services of this engineering firm to big businesses with large-scale projects.

Thai Nakano Co. may not offer a variety of services, but we can’t help but be impressed with the straightforward and highly focused approach of this engineering firm. 

In fact, their process of handling building and construction projects is so organised that it would be next to impossible for clients to encounter any fatal project issues. To us, this is a very efficient company that keeps the interest of its clients at heart.

The construction and building project management of Thai Nakano is pretty simple- they offer a package for construction projects and also implement a maintenance system that assists and evaluates the progress of the projects.

Within this construction process lies the excavation offer of the company which forms part of the overall bundle or package offered by the company. In short, excavation activities are only carried out as part of construction projects.

Most of the clients we talked to claim that the company’s staff are very professional and efficient. In addition, administrative staff handling documentation for customers are also very helpful and responsive.

Some of the minor concerns we’d like to point out though are the limited types of services offered by Thai Nakano along with the fact that excavation offers are not standalone projects which may result in higher costs.

Still, companies with large construction projects who prefer close monitoring of construction progress should consider the services of Thai Nakano!

Thai Semcon was established in 1985, which we found notable. We found it impressive that, through the years, it has expanded its services so they can handle the more advanced and cutting-edge projects. 

Aside from construction projects, Thai Semcon offers electrical systems, communication systems, mechanical systems, and plant and machinery systems. What we really appreciate though is that Thai Semcon also offers quality assurance and security.

To us, this shows that the company isn’t just focused on getting projects done but also on maintaining the integrity and safety of the said projects.

Excavation projects fall under the plant and machinery services offered by Thai Semcon. However, these excavations are usually paired with water treatment and piping installations.

A lot of the customers we interviewed said that they received excellent and timely service from Thai Semcon. In fact, a lot of clients claim that the project schedule was closely followed and adhered to by the firm which we think is just fantastic.

The only issue we observed is that excavation services are paired with very specific activities such as piping and machinery installations. 

We think this setup isn’t ideal for small businesses as excavation services that are piecemeal can cost more than availing them in a lump sum.

We still believe that Thai Semcon services should be considered by clients with upcoming large-scale projects due to the company’s excellent and timely handling of projects.
