The line connected quickly, and the staff we spoke with was attentive and patient. They walked us through the different services available—from daily caregiving to nursing for more complex medical needs.

What impressed us most was the flexibility: you can hire caregivers by the hour, day, or even long-term, depending on your situation.

We also asked about the qualifications of their staff, and they confirmed that all caregivers are trained under professional standards, with some having hospital experience.

They have English-speaking caregivers, too, which is a huge plus if your family doesn’t speak Thai. Their coverage spans most of Bangkok, and they even help with post-hospitalisation care, dementia support, and physiotherapy.

Scheduling is handled online via LINE, and it’s fairly seamless. However, pricing sits on the higher end. That’s something to consider, especially if you’re budgeting for long-term care.

If you’re looking for home health care that serves all age groups, Chersery Home isn’t for you. Their home health care services are exclusively designed for the elderly.

That means if you’re trying to arrange home visits for someone with a disability, recovering from surgery, or in need of postpartum support, you’ll need to look elsewhere.

That said, for elder care, this provider is incredibly well thought out. A visit to their hospital revealed a clean, calm environment and staff who seemed genuinely engaged.

Services focus on post-stroke recovery, nutrition planning, chronic condition management, physical therapy, and mental health—all tailored for seniors. Their team includes physicians, RNs, physiotherapists, and dietitians, most of whom are also involved in the home care programs.

Our inquiry with Kanok Health Care Nursing Home gave a clear view of how seriously they take elderly care. The grounds are well-kept and peaceful, with spacious walkways and shaded areas designed for recovery and relaxation.

Staff were approachable and didn’t hesitate to explain the range of services offered—from 24-hour nursing and basic physical support to post-surgery patients and those recovering from strokes, Parkinson’s, or hip fractures.

You’ll also find holistic touches like music therapy, herbal compresses, and baking activities worked into their care programs.

Pricing, however, leans toward the higher end. While staff emphasised that medical supplies are included and relatives don’t need to bring anything extra, the overall cost still stands out, especially for long-term stays.

Still, physical therapists and nurses are present throughout the day, and the staff seems to know their patients well. There’s open communication with families, and the team puts real effort into creating a community feel.

Doctors, licensed nurses, and physical therapists are on-site daily, and care plans are personalised depending on the patient’s condition—ranging from post-operative support to full hospice care.

One thing you should be aware of is that their response time isn’t fast. It took several follow-up messages over 24 hours just to get clear answers. If you’re dealing with an urgent case or trying to make quick decisions, the wait could be frustrating.

That said, feedback from former clients is largely positive. The facility is clean, quiet, and secured 24/7. There are multiple room types, and an on-site kitchen meets hygiene standards.
