The Great Room in Pathumwan is an international serviced office and coworking space provider. In Bangkok, it covers about 30,000 sq. ft or 2,800 sq. m of space within two floors in the Gaysorn Tower.
It has wide and ample space, occupied mainly by open seating. Its overall theme or aesthetic seems like a hotel lobby, with inspiring interior design and skyline view from its floor-to-ceiling windows.
We love the design of The Great Room because it makes you feel like you’re a top executive working in a top-notch space.
The Great Room offers dedicated office space starting at THB 29,000 per month. With this price, it can be considered one of the more premium executive spaces in Bangkok.
Leasing a serviced office here includes access to Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, mail service, phone booths, and office supplies. You’d also have access to the pantry, coffee, and an excellent opportunity to network with people from other companies.
However, The Great Room requires a minimum contract of three months and a deposit of two (the latter to be returned two months after the termination of your lease). A termination fee may also be taken from you.
The service of The Great Room staff is a hit or miss. Maybe some of the customers we’ve talked to just chanced upon a staff member having a lousy day, so we’re still relatively optimistic about this place.

Servcorp has over 150 locations worldwide, and one of these is in The Offices at Centralworld, Bangkok.
It offers private serviced offices with each room fit for up to 10 persons, starting at THB 14,000 monthly. The rooms and other working spaces are unbranded to fit any company, stylishly furnished, and sound-rated to be as quiet and conducive to work as possible.
Servcorp provides an internet connection, in-house IT support, and a dedicated receptionist service for its serviced office clients. There’s also the typical access to equipment like photocopiers and printers, the pantry, and other common areas.
We love this branch’s location. It’s right above the centralwOrld mall, so it’s easy to find a place to unwind or eat out after work.
Another thing we love is the contact terms it offers. You can rent an office for only a minimum of one month (with one month’s security deposit).
If your business is something that would entail international travel, you can also use Servcorp’s international locations for a limited time during your business trips. The staff is also very friendly and professional.
There’s just one tiny issue that got us worried about Servcorp. We’ve learned that in around 2017, management changes led to service quality decline and some previous tenants’ security deposits allegedly not being returned until now.
We hope these are isolated cases, and the current management has already learned from past mistakes. Nevertheless, we recommend Servcorp for its international network and flexible lease plans.

If you’re a starting business owner and you need help from the bottom and up, we suggest that you try out Linuxx Serviced Office at the President Tower in Chidlom. In our opinion, this serviced office can provide comprehensive assistance to any business.
It’s been in the industry long enough to have amassed a long list of prestigious companies as clients, including Agoda, Chanel, Mitsubishi, and Lazada, to name a few.
At first glance, Linuxx offers virtual and co-working spaces similar to its competitors. The place looks very professional yet still simple enough and with a comforting atmosphere — we feel like it’s meant this way not to distract people from actually working, and we like that.
But what makes it stand out is the little things, like providing personal assistant services, accounting and document (visa, business, and tax) assistance, messenger service, and even a van service to its tenants.
These are very mundane offerings but can help your company scale. Not to mention that they’re not offered by other serviced office providers we’ve seen.
Office rentals in Linuxx President Tower start at THB 30,000 monthly. We’re just not a fan of the one-year minimum contract (but we hope that Linuxx will be willing to negotiate terms per your business’s needs).

Mint Work Lounge is perhaps the most colourful serviced office space we’ve seen so far in all of Bangkok. If you’re an entrepreneur or a creative needing the most suitable workplace in the middle of the city, this is for you.
Mint is also one of the youngest spaces we’ve gone to for this list. Like its youthful spirit, this space has a very colourful pop art aesthetic inside a somewhat inconspicuous building (the same white building as the Thonglor Pet Hospital).
However, we’re not sure if the pop art around the place, which most of the time is also paired with artwork of the Mint name, is beneficial for the branding of the respective companies that would rent serviced office space there.
It offers almost the same services as its competitors, save for having podcasting, VDO, and photography rooms. We love this service because it’s current, and we don’t think podcasts and other digital media will die soon.
Refreshments like coffee and tea are also available for members, and if you’re not in the mood for the in-house snacks, you can easily buy food from the supermarket right in front of the building.
Another speciality service it has is assistance with company registrations — with a twist. Its staff could also assist businesses with international registrations in Europe, Hong Kong, and Singapore, as well as IPO and private placement services.
Serviced office space in Mint starts at THB 1900 per square metre.

Antares Serviced Offices is a 2250-square metre (24,000 square foot) space in Sukhumvit’s RSU Tower. The interiors are European style and feature classical artworks, a warm colour scheme, and panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline.
We like its accessible location, just beside the premier EM Quartier mall. Running errands or relaxing after work in Antares will be very easy due to this proximity to commercial centres; you can also avail of discounts from Antares’ partner restaurants and stores.
What caught out attention in Antares was the contract terms. We’re glad to know that one can lease a serviced office for two to as many as 20 persons, even for durations as short as one day (or monthly, starting at THB 17,000).
Of course, Antares has the usual amenities in a serviced office included in the rent, like internet (which can be a bit slow at times), meeting rooms, cleaning, coffee, and reception.
But service fees for one-time services like photocopy, calls, and mail forwarding are billed separately.
With 65 serviced offices and more than 350 workstations, there is surely a community of like-minded businessmen you’ll get to know here. Antares is already a hub for startups and established consultancy firms, so networking for your business is one step easier.
Antares also offers professional services for companies like Legal and Accounting through the Antares Group, genuinely making its services full circle.

They have a private office, co-working space and meeting rooms that anyone can utilize.
What’s great about this place is that it’s open for 24 hours, 365 days a year. It’s also fully furnished with comfortable and modern furniture.
When you make use of their facilities, you get high speed internet, coffee, tea, snacks, mail delivery to office, lounge/networking area, 24-hour security, and more—all free of additional charge.
We love their location because it’s easily accessible. It can easily be accessed through BTS (Asoke Station), MRT(Sukhumvit Station).
Not only is it easily accessible, but it’s in a convenient location too. Their building is close to the popular Terminal 21 Bangkok shopping mall, surrounded by corporate headquarters, banks, the government revenue department and minimarkets, restaurants and hotels.
We like that they also have multilingual support, specifically English, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.
