Plus, their multilingual staff (Thai, English, Chinese, and Japanese) makes it super accessible. Lenses typically take a week or two, but they’ll even ship internationally if you’re traveling.

The only snag we’ve heard from regulars is the double-booking incidents—not something that always happens, but worth keeping in mind.

We liked that their contact lens consultations cover everything—daily, biweekly, and monthly lenses—so you’re not just picking off the shelf. Another thing, if your glasses need fixing, their technicians can repair pretty much any style or brand.

The location is modern and versatile as well, and they’ve even expanded to four branches for extra convenience. Sadly, not every staff member brings the same warmth, so there can be some hit-or-miss customer service moments.

Bridders Optical has been around for over 30 years and does things a little differently—every exam is super thorough, thanks to the fancy equipment they use, like the Rodenstock ImpressionIST4 and Zeiss Visufit1000.

Eye exams here are miles beyond the basic chart test; they check your retina, cornea, eye pressure, and muscles—kind of the full wellness check for your eyes.

We also noted their staff actually took the time to walk us through every step, answering all our questions without rushing. Their lens selection is impressive, too. If you’ve ever wanted to try Essilor, Zeiss, HOYA, or go full Cartier, they’ve got it!

And they design progressive lenses so specific to your needs that it’s hard to go back to regular ones. Sadly, Bridders gets packed, especially on weekends, so expect a little wait.

On a brighter note, Bridders has four branches—Ploenchit, Sathorn, Asoke, and Khon Kaen—so you can visit whichever is near you!

Their eye exam isn’t just a quick char test—it’s a full-on, 16-step screening using equipment imported from Japan and Germany. We saw everything from wavefront analysis to VR-based tracking and field vision tests.

They’re meticulous, and you’re never rushed: everyone seems invested in sorting out the best solution for you. We’ve heard a lot about their lineup of designer frames, too—think Balmain, Dita, Cartier, Moscot, and more!

What really makes them stand out, though, are the perks: free replacement for lens prescriptions and multi-coated lenses, accident and loss insurance, frame replacement, plus some generous promo discounts. 

However, if you need a follow-up or want answers by phone, staff can be a bit dismissive and just redirect you to come in person (even for simple questions).
