Most importantly, the surgeon looks after each client well. They check in every morning, noon, and evening throughout the treatment process. 

We also found it remarkable that the surgeons have a high level of medical ethics and pay attention to the patient’s issues. This level of customer service has left us quite impressed. 

Another thing we like about Vejthani’s facility is that it’s neatly kept and well-maintained. We liked that the staff immediately greeted us with open arms when we walked in. 

Based on previous client reviews, the cataract surgery performed here is excellent. Particularly, cataract surgeries here include IOL implantation of an intraocular lens.

We also appreciate that aside from cataract surgery, the hospital also offers eye-related services, which are very convenient if you want a full check-up.

However, the most common complaint about Vejthani is the cost of its services, which is not always affordable for people with lower income streams. So if you’re on a tight budget, we recommend looking elsewhere.

Moreover, the staff here pay close attention to each step of the process. With its team of skilled doctors and personnel, many clients are satisfied every time they book surgical treatments or any medical service. 

We are also glad it uses standardized tools and equipment to achieve more significant results. Notably, over 80,000 eyes have been treated by the team of skilled corneal ophthalmologists at TRSC.

Furthermore, the clinic is clean and sanitary. From the time we entered the premises until we left, the staff provided excellent care and attention. 

It’s also worth noting that they are fluent in English and will thoroughly explain everything to you. The doctor will also take time to speak with you and advise you on what you should do for your recovery.

Given all the good things mentioned above, the best part about this clinic is its rates. We were glad to see that its prices for eye cataract surgeries are reasonable despite its cutting-edge technology and exemplary track record.

However, one downside is that the center’s online customer service is nearly out of reach. It was concerning that we had to wait more than 24 hours to get a response.

What we like best about Yanhee Hospital is it provides a full range of medical treatments for illnesses. 

It also has aesthetic improvement treatments and plastic surgeries from head to toe, eliminating the need for patients to go from one hospital to another.

We also like that its management is dedicated to offering outstanding value to its patients. Apart from its wide range of services, it has transparent and inexpensive pricing and a commitment to providing the best results. 

Additionally, the facility employs highly skilled and board-certified medical professionals with decades of expertise doing surgical procedures and therapies.

We particularly commend their professionalism in satisfying patients’ needs and assisting them after surgery. In addition, they have a knack for calming customers’ anxiety and helping them understand the procedure more. 

Also, we are delighted that the hospital rates are reasonable and won’t hurt your pocket. It also offers packages and promotions that let you have multiple treatments at a discounted price.

Although the facility claimed to have English-speaking staff, several previous patients experienced substandard service due to misunderstandings.

It is also pretty disappointing that there have been times when scheduling conflicts have caused some previous patients to wait for up to three hours.

Regardless, its facilities are clean, and the equipment used for eye surgeries is excellent. While Yanhee has some areas to improve, we think they’re still commendable, given their skilled and experienced doctors.

The clinic’s doctors, surgeons, and physicians are aware of their patient’s medical requirements. In addition, they are competent in conducting procedures, guaranteeing that you’re in the right hands. 

We also admire that the doctors at BNH Hospital are fully committed to patient care, from consultation and diagnosis to planning and carrying out the recommended course of action.

Moreover, we are amazed at how excellent the center is since it provides you with convenience throughout your entire stay, given its modern facilities.

On the downside, we noted some previous patients complained about experiencing bad service during consultations, such as the poor management of queues for seeing the doctor despite a fixed appointment.

Finally, it is costly to have your procedure or treatment here. BNH Hospital might be one of the most expensive clinics in the capital – although we think its top-notch facility and specialists are undeniably worth it.

We like that this hospital essentially becomes a one-stop center for all of health and beauty treatments as it offers medical as well as aesthetic services. 

Moreover, we found it comforting that the doctors are meticulous and informative in discussing the procedures and the possible outcomes. They also tell you what to do after the surgery or treatment so you can recover optimally. 

The facilities and the clinic itself are very luxurious. Inside, it feels like you’re in a mansion because of its golden theme and classic look.

Another great thing about Bumrungrad is its certifications and awards. This aspect makes us more confident in their staff’s credentials since it has a bearing on producing good results. 

While cataract surgery can be expensive, we find it convenient that the clinic has promotions and packages that let you get treatments with lower prices or discounts. 

However, even with discounts, we found that the rates are still pretty high. Roughly, only two to three percent are only deducted on the actual rates.

We’re also a bit iffy with their unresponsive online customer service. It would greatly help many patients if they were more responsive to inquiries.

Regardless, we think Bumrungrad is still an excellent choice for cataract surgery because of its high-quality service and utilization of modern and advanced technologies.
