The Colonnade is a restaurant located inside the Sukhothai Bangkok Hotel where you can feast on a Sunday brunch buffet. Here, you can have some fancy dishes and some fresh seafood such as crabs and shrimp.

Aside from their seafood dishes, there are also some grilled meats for you to savour. They also have different noodle dishes which the hotel’s chef can prepare for you depending on your preferred ingredients such as beef and veggies.

While most Sunday brunches here go for a more elegant and formal feel, Trader Vics goes for something totally different. The place is much more casual and has that adventurous Indiana Jones-like appeal.

If you’re feeling a little bit cheesy (meaning craving tons of cheese), then the Feast Restaurant at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel is the Sunday brunch for you. Aside from their varied dishes, they have some of the best cheese options in Bangkok.

ALATi, located at the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok, is a great Sunday brunch spot if you’re into Mediterranean dishes and open kitchen shows. Aside from their great food selection, you get to watch their chefs prepare your meals in their open kitchen area.

While they have a meat station here where you can request different cuts of beef, pork, and lamb, they also have vegetarian options if you’re a plant-based eater. Just ask their friendly wait staff what dish they can recommend.

Flourish at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has a great Sunday brunch plus an upscale feel that will make you feel like a million Baht– what more can you ask for? They have some of the best-tasting Thai cuisine and a ton of options for you to enjoy!

Their pad Thai is simply to die for along with other local specialties such as pork skewers and their roasted chicken. Flourish also has an impressive egg station that will let you customise the way you want your eggs cooked and served.

While there might not be a lot of dessert options at this Sunday brunch, they do have some of the best pandan custards on this side of Bangkok. Flourish also has some of the best croissants and pastries which you definitely shouldn’t miss.

Local Tip:
This restaurant also has amazing vegetarian options if you want to eat plant-based. You can go for their ala carte meals if you just want to try these veggie dishes but if you want something more, go for their set meals instead.

Authentic and elegant are two words you can use to describe Gigi – Dining Hall & Bar. This Italian restaurant serves some great Sunday brunch with authentic Italian dishes such as pizza, pasta, and some focaccia.

The restaurant also has a nice casual vibe where you and your friends can just hang out and enjoy your meal. Chat with your group as you feast on some of their yummy food options like their burrata salad, ragu, and pesto carbonara.

Keep in mind though, that the servings by this restaurant can be quite heavy and generous. As such, treat each dish as a meal good for sharing since you probably can’t finish their large pasta plate on your own.

Local Tip:
This Italian restaurant can get crowded pretty quickly so If you want to get the best tables here near the front of the establishment, call them in advance and book a table. If you just walk in, you might not get a table at all!

J’Aime by Jean-Michel Lorain is an upscale and traditional-looking restaurant located in the heart of Bangkok. It’s considered a hidden gem by both locals and tourists as it serves up some of the best-tasting menus in the area.

You can opt to order their 9-course menu where you’ll get some main dishes such as meat, seafood, and veggies. Some of their well-loved dishes include their beefless bourguignon and bouches which use locally sourced products for you to enjoy.

One word that best describes The Kitchen Table is overwhelming– but in a good way! The restaurant can offer you a wide selection of dishes ranging from Western cuisine to some popular Asian ones such as Japanese and Thai.

Some of the Western options you can try out are their steaks, meat pies, and fish and chips and these will not disappoint. They also have classic Thai dishes along with some Japanese ones like their sashimi and their chicken and pork katsu.

Local Tip:
If you’re a vegetarian, this might not be the best restaurant for you. While they have veggie dishes here, the plant-based options aren’t that extensive so you might not get your money’s worth especially if you paid for their buffet.

Are you on a budget and craving some Italian cuisine? Peppina is your best bet to get some affordable yet authentic Italian dishes while enjoying the great vibe and view of the restaurant’s surrounding area.

A pizza or a main dish along with some appetiser will only set you back around 399 THB. Some of their best-selling pizzas include their truffle and their beef carpaccio variants which are perfect if paired with their exquisitely cooked tomahawk steak.

There are also a ton of beverages for you to choose from alcoholic to non-alcoholic ones. If you want something refreshing, try their draft beer for only 260 THB or if it’s something more exquisite you prefer, order some of their white or red wine.

Local Tip:
While there are parking slots at Peppina, these can sometimes be limited especially during peak hours. Instead, you can get to the restaurant via the BTS which is much more convenient and cost-efficient.
