Pros
- First month free
- Dedicated receptionists
- On-site secretaries and IT team
- Central location
Cons
- Hidden fees
- Confusing contracts
Servcorp at The Offices at Central World offers serviced offices, co-working spaces, and of course, virtual offices.
Their virtual offices start at 2080 baht and come with the first month free, which we think is a pretty big deal. It comes with no further obligation with a month-to-month membership.
While we like those offers, we should note that previous clients have complained about hidden fees and confusing contracts. We recommend you go over the contract carefully before officially agreeing to anything.
It comes with dedicated receptionists and a support team who answer calls the way you’d like. It also comes with on-site secretaries and an IT team to assist you.
We quite like these offers because it makes your work a lot easier to handle. It also gives your business a very professional impression.
They offer fully equipped meeting rooms, boardrooms, and facilities for video conferencing. You of course only have to pay for what you need, which we love.
If you pay via credit card, you won’t have to pay any security deposit. If you can, we recommend going for this option since the security deposit can often be quite steep.
You’ll have 3 hours access to a coworking space a day and 3 days use of a private office outside your home location. You also get to use their location as your business address.
We quite like their location because it’s central to a lot of businesses in the city. We think this’ll be very convenient both for you and any business partners or clients you might meet with.

The first option goes for around 1090 baht a month. The virtual office and call answering service goes for around 2090 baht and includes more hours for the meeting room usage.
We like that there are options so you don’t have to pay for anything that isn’t necessary for your business. We also like that they offer discounts for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years.
We think UnionSPACE really offers something for multiple budgets, so go ahead and look into which of their offers suit you best.
All of these offers include a free 30 minute consultation with UnionSPACE’s expert panels, which include accounting, legal, digital marketing, lead generation, tax, work permit, and visa.
Their virtual offices receive and store mail and parcels for you. They also have a trained receptionist to answer your calls in your business name, in either Thai or English.
The call answering service also includes call screening and message taking, as well as call transfers to your mobile phone. We quite like this because it means you can feel comfortable working from anywhere.
You’ll also have access to fully equipped meeting rooms for when you need them. Just bear in mind that the space also offers a small cafe, a co-working space, and sleeping pods.
According to our surveys, the place can get a bit crowded, so if you’re not a fan of crowds, you might want to check other locations.

Pros
- Prime CBD location
- Complimentary lounge access
- Lockable cabinets
- Phone operator in your business name
Cons
- A little more expensive than other virtual office and call answering services
The Urban Office offers co-working plans, serviced offices, and finally virtual offices.
Their offers include The Mailman, which includes the use of their address in the central business district of the city. You can put this address on your website and marketing collateral.
You can also use it for business registration. We quite like this because it’s a prime location for businesses in Bangkok for a much more affordable price than if you were to buy or lease.
They receive and handle any mail and packages delivered for your business. You also have complimentary access to the lounge and lockable cabinets should you need them.
All this goes for 1800 baht, which is a fairly standard monthly rate. The second option is The Virtual Communicator, which also goes for 1800 baht.
This includes a dedicated local telephone number and an operator to answer in your company name. Call management is customisable, and a softphone is available upon request.
We think if you get both of these offers together, the price becomes a little steep compared to the other virtual offices on this list. If you’re looking to save more, you might want to look into those options.
They also offer meeting rooms for both members and non-members. They have multiple rooms that can comfortably fit 5-18 people, depending on what you need.

Pros
- Phone answering
- Networking events
- Private office or dedicated desk
Cons
- Notably more expensive than others on this list
Spaces in Bangkok is another flexible working space that offers coworking, dedicated desks, and meeting rooms.
Their virtual office services include telephone answering, where they take your calls and redirect them to your mobile phone. This starts at 2260 baht, which we think is a little expensive.
They also offer a professional address, where they handle your mail and packages for you. This starts at 1690 baht a month.
Their virtual office, which includes the first two offers and access to networking events and their coworking space around the world. This starts at 3960 baht a month.
Meanwhile, their virtual office plus has all the offers of the virtual office with a private office or dedicated desk for five days a month. This one starts at 5850 baht a month.
We should note that their prices are definitely notably higher than other virtual offices, and the others on this list offer similar services for a more affordable price.
If you’re on a tighter budget, we recommend you check those places out instead.

Pros
- Flexible packages
- Affordable options
Cons
- No WiFi except for registered address package
Antares Offices in Bangkok offers flexible options for their virtual office packages. This includes mail, telephone, mail and telephone, and registered address.
The mail package goes for 900 baht a month and includes a prestigious mailing address, mail handling and storage, and instant mail notification.
The telephone package goes for 1500 baht a month and includes a dedicated local phone number, bilingual personalized phone answering, and fax handling.
We like that these options exist so that you don’t need to pay for anything more than what you think is strictly necessary. This makes it a lot more affordable for a lot of people.
Their mail and telephone package includes both offers, plus business lounge access and a free upgrade to office. This goes for 2000 baht a month, which we think is a fair price.
We should note, though, that these packages do not include access to WiFi. We don’t like that you’d have to use your own data or WiFi for internet connection.
Finally, their registered address package includes everything plus an address for company and VAT registration, directory board listing, reliable high speed WiFi, and complimentary refreshments.
This goes for 7000 baht, which is definitely pricier but includes a lot more.
Overall, what we like best is the range of their flexible options because you can save on a lot of things and pay only what suits you and your budget.
