Although they are primarily limited to residential projects, we like that they cover all phases of construction.

Former customers we spoke with have praised B-complete, applauding its dependability and professionalism from the beginning to the end of projects. 

It’s also worth highlighting that customers appreciate them for their open communications, transparent quotes, and knowledgeable advice.

Another thing we value is their flexibility in working within a range of financial and time restraints. 

From our surveys, we noted that previous customers who had specified a wide range of restrictions and spending caps claimed that B-complete still met their needs.

We also commend B-complete for being accessible for consultations so that you can voice your concerns. However, it’s disappointing that they frequently take longer to reply than we anticipated.

However, we think it’s a bit disappointing that it only takes on large projects.

Additionally, we have some reservations about their customer service. A crucial component of a company’s culture is a prompt response to calls and emails, which we did not experience with Syntec.

If you’re looking for a construction company that focuses on engineering workforces, Thai Semcon is worth checking out. It offers electrical, mechanical, communication, and plant and machinery installation for over 37 years.

We especially appreciate that they are easy to talk to and that closing the deal won’t be difficult.

The first quality of their service we appreciate is their capacity to quickly complete tasks. We believe it has to do with how the team sets up everything so that construction just goes smoothly when it comes time to execute.

We also value Thai Semcon’s professionalism. Aside from the staff being cordial and accommodating to their customers, their level of concentration and discipline also demonstrates their depth of knowledge in the construction sector.

In addition, involving multiple documents, such as licences or permits, causes paperwork to take a while. However, Thai Semcon expedites the process and makes things easier for everyone, which is remarkable!

They also place a high value on safety, which is another quality worth noting. They hold regular meetings, patrols, orientations, and even safety award presentations to motivate each team.

Moreover, Thai Semcon has received numerous accolades and certifications for its safety management, which is a huge plus in our books!

We are, however, a little frustrated by their online customer service’s slow response time. You must wait a few days to hear back from them.

Over the past 49 years, Thai Obayashi has been involved in several projects. What stood out for us is they have a clear concept for construction and design, right from the start of planning.

Thai Obayashi has established a reputation in the construction sector through its work with numerous brands, businesses, and corporations—which is impressive! 

We also think that its online portfolio is well-organised and shows the variety of projects Obayashi can handle. 

Also, it’s worth noting that Thai Obayashi is a top construction company in Bangkok because of its constantly evolving offerings. We like that it provides a full range of construction services, from consultation to post-construction and even renovation.

Another thing that impressed us about Thai Obayashi is that working with them is a great experience. Many of their clients we spoke with applauded its team’s creativity and willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy their vision.

We also appreciate that the team is professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. According to our surveys, clients felt assured since Obayashi can take on complicated tasks in construction and planning.  

Unfortunately, we believe Thai Obayashi can work on its customer service, especially the response time of its staff. We noted that they are slow to respond to inquiries, which is something we’re iffy about.
