YogaSutra was one of Thailand’s first yoga studios to open its doors in 2003.
It provides yoga classes that are appropriate and helpful for people of all ages and fitness levels, for both those who are just learning about yoga and yogis who have already included yoga in their lives and would like to continue their journey.
Notably, throughout its 19-year history, YogaSutra has trained more than 10,000 members.
We also value the teachers’ experience and attention to detail. Every week, they conduct more than 60 lessons for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
The online class program at YogaSutra is another interesting aspect we appreciate. You can still take yoga sessions in the convenience of your home while interacting via video conference with the studio’s instructors.
Another aspect worth mentioning about Yoga Sutra is that you can enjoy the benefits of private yoga sessions tailored to your particular needs, regardless of your experience.
In addition, we are impressed by the studio’s wide range of services. It also offers Physio-Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Body and Chakra Assessments, and Corporate Wellness programs.
However, the studio’s pricing appears to be on the high side, particularly its packages, which start at 900 USD. Although there are membership plan options, the costs are still expensive.

Pros
- Offers a wide range of yoga classes
- Has a clean facility
- Offers beginner-friendly classes
- Has accommodating and skilled instructors
- Offers reasonable prices
Cons
- Quite strict on schedules and what to bring
- Yoga is done in a non-AC room
There are several yoga lessons available at Yogatique. We believe that the variety of yoga classes is one of its greatest assets.
Each class is a special reflection of how the teacher has interpreted their tradition and style. Depending on the class you select, there can be music, mantra, pranayama, a brief Dharma discussion, or an emphasis on alignment.
We enjoy that anyone can stop by at any moment to learn and that these classes are taught daily. We discovered the lessons to be beginner-friendly and straightforward to follow despite the lack of a clear beginning point.
We once attended one of their classes, and we enjoyed it. The teachers were gracious and made the lessons engaging from the start.
Also, we appreciate that the instructors speak English, some Thai, and a bit of Korean.
Moreover, we particularly value the studio’s cleanliness, size, and accessibility.
In light of this, we think Yogatique is a yoga facility worth considering, especially if you want to learn a range of yoga without going over budget.
However, we observed that the studio is quite strict, especially regarding schedules and what to bring. For example, the door will be locked after seven minutes of class, and the studio will not accept late entrants.
Also, your passes will still be reduced if you cannot attend lessons. Additionally, you are only permitted to bring water to the studio and not any other food or drinks.
Another issue we found was that Yogatuque’s lessons were held in an open-air, fan-cooled studio, which we found pretty uncomfortable, especially in the summer.

Embrace Energy Yoga School is an authorized yoga school of Yoga Alliance, United States. It offers 100 to 500 hours of yoga classes and a yoga teacher training program.
Yogi Lalit, a resident of the yoga capital of Rishikesh, launched the institution in 2010. It offers a supportive and nurturing learning atmosphere to aid students’ spiritual growth and encourages them to constantly strive for a happy and healthy existence.
Moreover, during our visit, we noticed how nice, clean, and spacious the studio was.
The yoga instructors impressed us with their kindness, professionalism, and patience.
We found the courses very beginner-friendly, although there are also classes for more expert yogists.
In addition to that, traditional and devotional yoga is also available at Embrace Energy Yoga School. You can also attend yoga retreats in Bangkok, Petchaburi (20km from Hua Hin), Koh Phangan, or Pattaya.
The fact that the costs of each course are listed is another feature we appreciate.
This makes it simple for the clients to compare studio fees and select the one that fits their finances.
On the other hand, the rates are a bit high, so if you don’t have enough money for yoga classes, we advise enrolling at another studio.
4. Absolute Boutique Fitness

Due to its extensive curriculum and performance chances, Absolute Boutique Fitness makes the best training ground for new yoga practitioners.
As the first to open a boutique yoga studio with a full range of yoga styles, including hot yoga, vinyasa/hatha yoga, and all functional yoga courses, they are the innovator behind developing a distinctive, authentic experience of yoga practice.
Absolute Boutique Fitness manages to keep these yoga programs going by hiring competent instructors from various backgrounds. As a result, the place is revered as having the best yoga Gurus in Thailand by all practitioners and teachers.
We also like that the yoga instructors undergo extensive internal training and are all hand-selected. They were professional, enthusiastic, and simple to follow.
Additionally, the studio was tidy and clean, which is a plus.
Moreover, we like that the entire week’s schedule is available on the studio’s website. It is simple to select a class and add it to your calendar.
An interesting fact about them is that it has three studios in Singapore and 11 in Thailand. This makes it easier for clients to reach the company even if they are outside of Bangkok.
However, we would have appreciated it more if the studio had made its costs available online. A price list that can be viewed quickly is usually useful, especially for customers who are looking around but are too busy to call the facility.

Prem Yoga & Ayurveda is a professional yoga studio in Bangkok that offers a variety of yoga classes.
The goal of Prem Yoga & Ayurveda is to create connections via yoga. This is due to their conviction that yoga may enhance one’s health, fitness, stress level, social life, and interpersonal relationships.
Its lessons include therapeutic yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and health therapies such as Ayurvedic massages, foot reflexology, and Pranic Healing.
Additionally, it provides an Ayurvedic consultation to evaluate your body type and state of health. After this, the practitioner will suggest the appropriate diet, yoga, and other treatment modalities for keeping your health at its finest.
Prem Yoga & Ayurveda offers a variety of Ayurveda courses for both individuals and groups.
We once attended one of their classes, and we enjoyed it. The teachers were gracious and made the lessons engaging from the start.
Prem Yoga & Ayurveda is a spot worth visiting, especially if you seek a smooth yet challenging yoga genre. This is due to its spacious facilities, accessible instruction, and highly trained instructors.
However, we find the rates for the yoga classes to be costly. An individual class costs about a thousand baht, while a private class costs 1500 THB per hour.
In addition, the drop-in classes cost 499 THB, which we find above the usual budget. However, if you want to experience the studio’s excellent classes and have a spare budget, then this could work for you.

Pros

Cons
The Green Room Yoga Studio is a boutique yoga studio that offers a wide array of classes you can enjoy.
We think that their conveniently located, spacious, and well-equipped studio is a place where you’ll feel at home as you practice yoga.
It’s a sanctuary to go to and energize, optimize, rest and restore.
What we like the most is the fact that they have classes every single day of the week! No matter how busy your week, you can still find a day to squeeze in yoga time.
As we’ve mentioned, they have a variety of classes such as Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Calm Flow Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Sound Baths, Gently Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, and Breathe and Core.
We like that there are group and private sessions available so you can choose whichever works best for you.
It’s so convenient to book a class and pay in advance because of their efficient system.
Whether you’re a beginner or not, we think this is a hidden treasure for yogis. We highly recommend!
