Dr. Smartphone is located on the 17th floor of the Vanissa Building, and while finding them might feel a bit tedious since you need to get a pass to enter, it’s worth it once you’re there.

The parking situation is a little tricky, though—even though they claim it’s free on their website, we still had to pay for it. Not a huge deal, but definitely something we weren’t expecting.

Anyway, these guys offer an extensive range of services tailored to both Apple and non-Apple users.

For iPhones, they provide screen replacements with options like premium OLED displays—similar to what Apple uses—and budget-friendly LCDs, all backed by a 3-month warranty.

Besides the screen, they can handle almost anything—liquid damage, battery changes, camera repairs, you name it.

Booking an appointment was straightforward, too. You can set it up on their website and either drop your phone off or take them up on their free pickup and return service—talk about convenience!
