Chao Phraya Princess is an enchanting journey right through the heart of Bangkok, and we must say, it’s in the most stylish way imaginable. 

The moment we step onto this beautifully appointed vessel, we’re greeted with the utmost elegance.

What’s struck us the most is that the onboard dining experience is truly exceptional, offering a menu that’s as diverse as it is delightful. You can choose from their international buffet program or Indian buffet program.

Plus, the dishes served here are nothing short of culinary masterpieces, carefully crafted to excite our taste buds. And the presentation? Well, let’s just say it’s a work of art in itself.

What we loved the most is that while we savour our meal, we’re serenaded by live entertainment. We believe that this effortlessly adds to the ambience, making the evening all the more magical.

However, we think that the real star of this show is the ever-changing view. Cruising along the Chao Phraya River, we got to see iconic spots like Wat Arun and the Grand Palace (row 791), all lit up beautifully.

Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a romantic evening, those dining at the Chao Phraya Princess can create delightful memories of Bangkok. For us, this will be a great remembrance, adding a touch of elegance and charm to the visit.

However, we found that a few patrons have reported experiencing less-than-ideal service while waiting for the cruise during rainy weather. 

As there were no covered spots in the waiting area, some customers got drenched in the rain before boarding the cruise. We hope that the management can make adjustments to improve the situation for their customers.

The Chaophraya Cruise is an absolute stunner! The moment we stepped on board, it’s like stepping into a world of luxury and sophistication.

We love that this cruise knows how to do elegance and top-notch service right. We can tell they’ve got a serious thing for attention to detail – it’s like their secret sauce. 

Also, when it comes to dining, it’s a real flavour fiesta — which is definitely a big plus in our books! We love that their menu is like a world tour of deliciousness, offering up Thai and international dishes.

And they don’t stop at the food – after checking them out, we found that everything is meticulously set up, from the table settings to how they serve the dishes. Plus, we love that there’s live music in the background!

We also find it commendable that Chaophraya Cruise offers a visual and culinary delight. It’s a top-notch dining experience on the water that’s not to be missed. 

However, we did encounter some crowded moments, which can cramp your style if you want to explore the deck.

To make the most of your experience, we advise you to consider choosing off-peak hours or an exclusive package for a quieter ambiance. Reserving in advance ensures a smoother dining adventure. 

Going onboard Manohra Cruises is like stepping back in time to Thailand’s rich traditions. These meticulously crafted vessels take you on a journey through Bangkok’s historical sites, creating an enchanting backdrop for your evening.

We think it’s noteworthy that these charming wooden boats make the journey as much about the atmosphere as it is about the scrumptious food.

Plus, we love that the vibe on Manohra Cruises is super cosy, making it a fantastic choice for lovebirds and anyone who loves a more personal dining experience.

Now, let’s talk food – from what we’ve seen, the Thai set menu they serve up is like a delicious history lesson. Some standout dishes you can expect include yum som-o yang, deconstructed hor mok, and gaeng rawang.

But, we found that the pricing was a bit on the high side — which is quite a downer for us. Expect to pay at least 1,000 THB per person for food only.

Unfortunately, we encountered heavy rainfall during our time on board, and the staff had to put down vinyl curtains to keep us dry. 

While we appreciate the practical gesture, we couldn’t help but feel downcast that our view of the nighttime scenery was pretty much obstructed. This is something to consider when choosing your cruise experience – maybe check the weather forecast before booking?

The Apsara Cruise is like this perfect mix of old-school charm and modern vibes. Picture a boat that’s beautifully crafted, blending classic Thai decor with a touch of contemporary elegance.

When it comes to the food adventure on Apsara Cruise, we love that it’s all about exploring flavours. We were impressed to find out that their menu takes the best of traditional Thai dishes freshly prepared onboard, creating a culinary experience that’s unforgettable.

And let’s not forget about the dishes themselves – not only were they super tasty, but they looked like little works of art.

We love how the plates were carefully put together, featuring vibrant Thai salads bursting with different textures and flavours. Plus, the main courses were a delightful fusion of traditional Thai ingredients and innovative cooking methods.

We also find it commendable that the whole vibe on board is classy yet laid-back. In our books, this elevates the experience of dining while taking in the breathtaking views of the Chao Phraya River.

Now, we must mention that drinks are not included in the initial fees, so you’ll have to pay extra for those. And though the price tag may not be the cheapest, we think it’s totally worth it for a special event.

Finally, we did find Apsara Cruise a bit smaller than the other dinner cruise options, but we think this aspect brings some big advantages to the table. The ambiance here is more peaceful and less noisy, and the romantic vibes are off the charts!

The Grand Pearl Cruise is all about grandeur and comfort. What really stood out to us is the quality of their well-appointed vessels. 

The interiors are elegantly furnished with plush seating, creating an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation — which we think is pretty impressive.

From what we’ve seen, one of the highlights of the Grand Pearl Cruise is its sumptuous buffet dinner that has a diverse range of dishes–enough to satisfy different palates! 

Additionally, we love how the live music and warm ambiance added to the overall dining experience. There’s even a dance floor for us to strut our stuff and make the night unforgettable!

Another aspect we truly appreciated about The Grand Pear Cruise is its easy booking process. 

Just hop online and make your request for a date that suits your plans. They’ve got a user-friendly design, making the process a no-brainer.

We even got to pick our favourite seats using the cruise’s seat map!

Now, the highlight of our night on board the Grand Pearl Cruise is the breathtaking rooftop view! Just keep in mind that the possibility of rain is there, so it’s something to consider while you’re up there enjoying the sights.

Another thing to keep in mind, though, is that it can get pretty crowded. We noticed that the Apsara Cruise tends to attract a good number of guests every night, so that’s something to consider if you want a more intimate setting.

Sabai Cruise stands out for its personalized customer interaction, setting a high standard in the industry. The owners actively engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met with meticulous attention to detail, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
