What we like most about it, though, is its management, which is renowned for providing top-notch service. The staff provides excellent customer service and treats complaints, compliments, and special requests with professionalism.

We also appreciate that it was able to respond to our questions. We especially liked the in-person consultations with its helpful staff, where they were able to provide us with helpful recommendations and advice.

For those who don’t want to run from store to store, Taiwan Lumber also sells high-quality building materials like bricks, stone, and sand– which we think is impressive!

We also appreciate that Taiwan Lumber fulfils its customer expectations, which builds a base of devoted clients, of which we can safely say we are one.

From what we’ve seen in its store, we highly commend the orderliness of their inventory. The supplies are properly arranged, and you can see that they make sure to provide you with products that are not damaged.

The only issue we had was with its subpar online customer service. When its staff didn’t answer our questions for two days, we were pretty disappointed.

Nevertheless, due to its extensive selection of wood supplies and other construction materials, Taiwan Lumber is a fantastic choice for a wood store. Furthermore, the inventory exuded a welcoming atmosphere that was suitable for shopping.

We also like how everything is clearly labelled and arranged, which gives it an edge over its rival wood stores in Bangkok.

Furthermore, we think it’s notable that its premises are clean and have more than enough product storage capacity. 

The staff is also knowledgeable and able to give you the specifics of the products you need for your project–a plus for customer service!

Regarding the costs of its products, we like that it offers a variety of discounts during its sales. This allows  customers to purchase goods at a lower price without sacrificing quality.

We were astounded by the abundance of wood products for homes when we first entered the store! But we were even more amazed by their prices.

Taweekit Wood Products is actually renowned in Bangkok for offering some of the most affordable wood. And to top it all off, we like that it holds regular sales events to lower the standard retail price by a few baht.

We genuinely believe that the prices are too low given its extensive collection of exquisite wood. However, that’s actually a good thing for us since it allows us to make significant savings on other expensive stuff.

At first, we assumed that the affordable prices were a sign of poor quality. But after purchasing from them, we can confidently assert that they provide premium wood and wooden products.

It is also worth noting that Taweekit Wood Products is a manufacturer, importer, and distributor of wood with more than 40 years of experience in the sector.

Any piece of wood in Taweekit Wood Products, in our opinion, would look fantastic in a home. The furniture made from them would be a fun accent to any room too!

We also find it impressive that even if your interior design scheme is entirely different, the products here are varied enough. We think you won’t have difficulties finding a match here!
