The bar provides a wide selection of meals, including cuisines from India, Mexico, and Italy. 

Similar to other bars, the entertainment includes a variety of DJs spinning upbeat tunes. Moreover, the idea that 1826 throws themed evenings every day is another feature we enjoyed.

Notably, this is not an ordinary bar. The rooftop bar offers a great view of the sunset and the city light at night, which is undoubtedly great for visitors who are into the scenery and ambiance more than the menu.

Furthermore, the bar offers a happy hour promotion every Monday to Thursday, starting at 6:30 PM and ending at 8:00 PM. We personally enjoyed the bar’s buy one get one free promo!

1826 also has a unique promotion in which you can drink as much as you want in 100 minutes for only 999 THB. We think this offer is great if you’re in the mood to party.

On the other hand, we had no issues with the bar staff’s service because they were kind and friendly. 

However, the time it took them to serve our food was slower than we expected. It took almost half an hour for its staff to serve one dish without giving us complimentary dishes to satiate our hunger in the meantime. 

Lastly, we find the bar a bit small for gatherings and parties. Also, the rates were a little pricey, considering the quality and servings of the bar’s food.

With unparalleled views of the Bangkok Skyline, a relaxed beach club atmosphere, unique beats, delectable dishes, and cocktails, you will love View Rooftop Bar.

View Rooftop Bar has good music tastes and a fantastic lineup of DJs who play anything. Since the DJ section is close to the seats, it is easy to converse with them or request certain tunes.

Unlike any other bars with only an hour for their happy hour promo, View Rooftop Bar extends its promotion to two hours, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM every day! Simply buy one glass of its signature cocktails or one can of beer, and you will get another one for free.

We also like that the bar has a combo set meal. You can choose from its three combo selections from the chef: Pizza Combo, Burger Set Combo, or View’s Favorite Combo.

Additionally, we appreciate that View Rooftop Bar has a wide variety of food on its menu to suit various tastes. So whether it’s Italian burgers or Thai fusion flavors, the bar has options available at reasonable prices.

Another thing that we love about View Rooftop Bar is its reasonable rates. Starting at 150 THB, customers can enjoy savory bites and refreshing cocktails.

However, we find the bar to be fairly small and packed. Nevertheless, it’s appropriate for social eating, casual gatherings, and parties. 

Another downside that other previous customers and we have noted is the bar’s service. We noticed some staff are rather sluggish, inattentive, and even display rudeness.

CHAR Bangkok is a magnificent dining location offering cutting-edge grills and sophisticated cuisines. It has a restaurant, private dining, and a rooftop bar. 

Specifically, you can find the rooftop bar on the 26th level of the building and start your night actively.

The rooftop bar at CHAR offers a lively social environment and stunning views of Bangkok’s skyline. Mainly, what got us hooked was its amazing view during sunsets.

The atmosphere is charming, which we love because it’s not too crowded. You can still enjoy a sense of privacy here.

It also comes with a retractable rooftop that we find very convenient because you can still enjoy the bar even when it rains.

Moreover, the food menu and drinks were delicious. The mixologists prepared excellent cocktails too.

One of this bar’s key attractions that draw customers around is its sunset happy hour. Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, you may enjoy your beverages at special prices and buy one, get one deal.

We also love how the DJs play an energetic mashup of lounge, downtempo, and electro music while you drink redesigned versions of traditional beverages.

During our stay, we didn’t have that many problems with the service since the staff was polite and accommodating. 

Because it has a small patio, we recommend you call first if you’re considering throwing a small party at CHAR to ensure the bar gives you enough space to work with. 

However, we think the prices of the food and drinks here were too high compared to other bars in the city. 

So, if you want to experience going to a rooftop bar but don’t have much of a budget, we recommend going elsewhere. 

Located in the center of business and entertainment venues, RedSquare Rooftop Bar Sukhumvit is the perfect site where you can enjoy delicious signature drinks.

With stunning views of Bangkok, the rooftop bar is ideal for party lovers who fall for the charm of nightlife and the spectacular views of the city after sunset.

Moreover, RedSquare has plenty of room for comfy lounging, bar seating and a pool area where you can sit and relax while enjoying the view.

What we love most about RedSquare is its good selection of fun drinks and snacks. They also offer a one-hour happy hour which you can enjoy upon the bar’s opening with 199 THB per glass of wine and cocktails.

However, we found it a bit inconvenient because you must be there on time to ensure you get inside to enjoy the promotions since it only lasts one hour. In addition, happy hour starts immediately after opening.

On a brighter note, the vodkas and cocktails were delicious. Also, we love that the beverage menu caters to everyone since it offers a wide range of international drinks.

Additionally, the interior’s overall vibe is fresh and fun, although a little bit run down; it’s mostly because lively crowds often flock here to dance and socialize. 

Regarding the music, it wasn’t what we expected for a hotel rooftop bar. Sometimes it’s loud and scratchy.

Moreover, the service we experienced was good. The staff accommodated and addressed all our needs. 

However, some past customers we spoke to said they were rude and didn’t provide excellent service.

Overall, if you’re looking for a rooftop bar with a stunning view and international drinks, you might want to consider RedSquare. But if you’re on a budget and music is a big thing for you, we recommend going to another rooftop bar. 

Next on our list is High Tide Eatery & Bar – BKK. This place might not be a rooftop bar like the others on our list, but it’s known for some of the best-tasting cocktails in Bangkok.

It doesn’t just serve fine and refreshing beverages and delectable foods that will surely make you want to return. 

It has an al fresco dining area where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the city’s Chao Phraya River.

However, if you prefer a bar where you can party and dance on the dancefloor, this might not be the one for you since it’s more like a restaurant. 

On the bright side, the selections of drinks and food are excellent. You may choose from a wide variety of drinks, such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, appetizers, and entrees.

Another aspect of High Tide Eatery & Bar that we enjoyed is its fantastic deals. One of our favorites is the happy hour promotion, when you can get beverages for a buy one, get one deal.

Notably, we like that the happy hour at High Tide goes on for two hours. IT happens from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays.

However, there were several downsides, including the bar’s reservation process. Despite arriving on time, we were asked to wait more than 30 minutes since no seats were available.

Lastly, some former customers with whom we spoke said that certain employees weren’t attentive and didn’t offer top-notch service.
